This Cookie Policy describes how SPEUX E.I.R.L. (“Zentro”) uses cookies and similar technologies on https://zentro.one and the authenticated platform.

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored in your browser when you visit a website. They allow a site to remember information about your visit (preferences, active session, language) across pages.

On Zentro's marketing pages, we measure which ads lead to visits, sign-ups, trials and appointments unless you turn off advertising measurement. There is no pop-up; you can turn it off from the footer or beside sign-up, the demo and the welcome page. We do it in two ways:

• In your browser, with the Meta pixel, only on the home page, the demo, the sign-up and the welcome page. Meta may receive URLs, browser and event IDs, your IP address and device data, and use the _fbp and _fbc cookies (90 days, renewed with each event) for ad attribution. If you arrive from an ad and navigate before the pixel loads, we store that click ID in _fbc. On the welcome page the pixel receives your email, phone and an internal identifier, already hashed (SHA-256).
• From our servers, when you create your account, your trial starts and your first invoice is charged: we send Meta the event name, your email, phone, country and an internal identifier hashed with SHA-256, the ad click ID, the pixel cookies, the IP address and browser you signed up with, and the expected or charged amount. This way measurement does not depend on your browser blocking the pixel.

When you create your account we store with it where your visit came from: campaign parameters, the landing page, the domain of the site you came from, the date of that visit and any choice to turn measurement off or back on, with its date. While measurement is active, we also store ad click IDs, pixel cookies, and the IP address and browser used to sign up for events sent to Meta. If you turned it off, we keep only campaign data for our own reports and do not send your events to Meta. Identifiers and our copy of sent data are deleted after 30 days.

We never send orders, conversations, data about your store’s customers, passwords or card details. We do not install the pixel in the dashboard or in merchants’ COD forms. Meta processes this data in the United States and other countries as an independent controller, under its own policies: to measure results, choose who sees ads and improve its services.

Meta and other third parties may use cookies, web beacons and similar technologies to collect or receive information from this website and elsewhere on the internet, and use it to provide measurement services and target ads. To opt out of ads based on that information, use “Desactivar medición publicitaria” on the site, adjust your Meta ad preferences, or use the opt-out mechanisms at aboutads.info/choices and youronlinechoices.eu.

If you turn measurement off or back on, that choice is saved as zentro-marketing-consent-v1 (with its date). Your visit's campaign is saved as zentro-marketing-touch-v1; we also save sent event identifiers (to prevent duplicates) and, if you signed up while measurement was active, your sign-up’s identifier (zentro-marketing-registration-v1) in your browser’s local storage. You may turn measurement off or back on without losing access. Turning it off deletes the pixel cookies, stops measurement in your browser and, if you created your account from that browser, stops us from sending your account’s events from our servers. If you created it from another device, write to privacy@zentro.one and we will stop them. Data Meta already received is governed by its policies. See Meta’s cookie policy.

The necessary HttpOnly cookie zentro-registration-receipt verifies registration after returning from Stripe and expires in one hour. Calendly provides the training calendar and manages its own cookie preferences. See its privacy notice.

3. How to manage cookies

You can block or delete cookies from your browser settings. Note that disabling strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from signing in or using the platform.

4. Changes to this policy
