Zentro connects with order, advertising, and courier platforms to consolidate the COD operation in a single dashboard. Each integration requests the minimum required permissions. Where applicable, scope and data-handling details are in our Privacy Policy.

Orders

  • Shopify — Imports confirmed orders, drafts, and catalog in real time. Read-only.
  • WhatsApp Business — Captures leads from WhatsApp conversations and converts them into assignable orders.

Advertising

  • TikTok Ads — Reads campaign metrics to compute ROAS by combining ad spend with delivered COD revenue. Read-only.
  • Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) — Reads campaign metrics (spend, impressions, clicks, conversions). Read-only.

Data

  • Google Sheets — Sync with courier spreadsheets via Google Picker (scope drive.file).

Couriers

  • Shalom — Shipment registration and tracking across Shalom agencies and home deliveries in Peru.
  • Olva Courier — Shipment registration and tracking across the Olva network nationwide.
  • Aliclick Pro — Auto-fill of tracking number by customer phone, detailed sub-statuses, and delivery attempt metadata.
  • Dinsides — Order sync, delivery photos, and discovery by tracking number.
  • Zeus — Auto-fill orders into Zeus AppSheet via secure browser automation.
  • Eva — Shipment registration with service-type-specific fields.
  • GSGCorp — Tracking and status sync with the GSGCorp network.
  • Urpi — Per-shift coverage zone pricing (1st / 2nd shift) computed from coordinates.
  • Fenix — Google Sheets writes with COD/AGENCIA column mapping.
  • In-house motorcycle fleet — Internal motorcycle fleet management with manual assignment and tracking.

Integration philosophy

  • Least privilege: we request only the permissions needed for the function the merchant activates.
  • Read-only by default on advertising platforms (TikTok, Meta) — we do not create, edit, or delete campaigns, ads, audiences, or creatives.
  • Encrypted tokens: all integration tokens are encrypted with AES-256-GCM before being stored.
  • Immediate disconnect: the merchant can disconnect any integration from settings; on disconnect we delete the token and stop any pending sync.
