This page explains how to request deletion of your personal data processed by SPEUX EIRL (Tax ID 20607072168) through the Zentro platform.

1. What data can we delete?

We can delete:

  • Your Zentro user account data (name, email, password).
  • Orders, end-customers, and products from your organization.
  • Third-party integration tokens (Shopify, Google, Meta, TikTok).
  • Audit logs associated with your account.
  • Payment proofs and images associated with your orders.

2. What data we may retain

Some data may be retained due to legal obligations (invoicing, accounting, Peruvian tax rules) for up to 5 years. This data is segregated, not used for operational purposes, and deleted at the end of the legal period.

3. How to request deletion

Option A — From the platform (active account)

If you have access to your account:

  1. Sign in at https://zentro.one.
  2. Go to Settings → Account → Delete account.
  3. Confirm with your password.
  4. You will receive a confirmation email. Deletion is effective within 30 days.

Option B — By email (any data subject)

Send an email to privacy@zentro.one with the following information:

  • Full name and, if applicable, business name.
  • Email associated with your Zentro account (if any).
  • If you are an end-customer of a merchant: merchant's name + your phone or national ID for identification.
  • Connected platform (Shopify, Meta, Google, TikTok), if applicable.

Option C — Requests from connected platforms

  • Shopify: When a merchant sends us a customers/redact webhook, we automatically delete the identified customer's data. When the app is uninstalled, we receive shop/redact and delete all shop data 48 hours later.
  • Meta (Facebook/Instagram): If a user revokes app access from their Meta settings, we delete tokens immediately. We also accept requests at privacy@zentro.one.
  • Google: Revoke access from myaccount.google.com/permissions to disconnect the integration. To also delete derived data, write to us.
  • TikTok: Revoke advertiser access in TikTok Business Center to disconnect the integration. For additional deletion, write to us.

4. Response times

  • Acknowledgement of receipt: within 48 business hours.
  • Effective deletion: within 30 days from confirmation.
  • Backups: data in backups rotates within an additional 90 days maximum.

5. No response?

If 20 business days have passed without a response, you may file a complaint with the Peruvian Data Protection Authority (ANPDP) of the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights of Peru. EU residents may also file a complaint with their local supervisory authority.
